Your order will be booked from the moment when money have cleared in our account.

When you’ll submit your booking request, you’ll get a reservation confirmation on e-mail and invoice of deposit pre-payment.
In case of cancelation kiteboarding course or lessons 3 days to dates you will arrive, there is a cancelation fee 50% of the price.
This is our clear price without tax and your or transfer bank can take commission extra.

CONFIRMATION DEADLINE
2 weeks before Kite-safari cruise dates or when seats are FULLY BOOKED.

When you’ll submit your booking request, you’ll get a reservation confirmation and agreement on your e-mail and invoice of deposit pre-payment.
CANCELATION POLICY
Cancellation more than 4 weeks days before the departure time, 50% refund scheme will be applied.
Cancellation less than 4 weeks prior to Kite-Safari cruise dates there is a cancelation fee 70% of the price.
In case of cancelation less than 7 days before the departure time there will be no refund available.
If the kite-safari cannot start due to reasons related and dependent on us (no full group, cancellation of the date or something like this), we undertake to refund your deposit in full.
If you are unable to join our kite-safari like we have a deal in this agreement contract due to reasons that are related and dependent on you (change of mind or like this), the deposit cannot be refunded.
